The European paediatric Soft Tissue Sarcoma Study Group (EpSSG) declares that all personal data shared by will be used only within the context of the Association within preparation and execution of the EpSSG Meetings and related EpSSG communication.
EpSSG manages and controls personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation General Data Protection Regulation(EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

Use of the personal information we have will be limited to the following activities:

  • EpSSG Membership association
  • Sending personalised invitations for the EpSSG Annual Meetings
  • Distributing promotional materials for the EpSSG Annual Meetings
  • Follow-up before the EpSSG Annual Meetings with practical, general and logistical information
  • Follow-up after the EpSSG Annual Meetings (i.e. surveying delegates about their experience, etc.)

EpSSG does not sell, trade, rent, loan, or lease any personal information collected online or offline. All information we have in our possession is confidential unless given consent by the user. EpSSG does not share personal information with others.
In accordance with data protection regulations personal data, payment history and correspondence will be stored for the period prescribed by law (currently 7 years). EpSSG does not store credit card information. Access to the information provided is limited solely to authorised employees as required for the meeting and membership purposes only.
