Surgery Committee

Tasks
As a surgical committee (together with the radiologists and radiotherapists) we try to improve local therapy for patients with (non)rhabdomyosarcoma by evaluating and improving staging procedures and surgical interventions. We collaborate with the surgical groups of the CWS and COG to come to general recommendations about local therapy. Furthermore we try to set up clinical research projects to evaluate the local treatment strategies and introduce new techniques.
